NEW PROPRIETARY DISTRIBUTIONS

Koder-owned portions of future official distributions that expressly identify
Koder-EULA-1.1 are offered under EULA.md. End users may download, install and
use them for personal, noncommercial activities, with the permitted
backups, updates and customization stated there. Commercial use and internal
organizational work or deployment require separate prior written authorization. This is a proprietary
end-user license, not an open-source license. All other rights are reserved,
subject to the exceptions and mandatory rights described in that agreement.

LEGACY PUBLIC CLI SOURCE AND PREVIOUSLY DISTRIBUTED VERSIONS

The CLI source published in this repository at or before commit
54e17fcf484638f6cf22a48b52a0533c82816191 (including public source version 0.3.1)
retains GNU GPL version 3 and the limited permission in LICENSE-EXCEPTION.txt.
The complete, unchanged GPL text is in licenses/legacy-cli/GPL-3.0.txt.
Versions already distributed, including the previously published 0.3.0
installer, retain their applicable original licenses. EULA.md does not revoke
those grants or impose new restrictions on those copies. Existing GPL source
is not made confidential by this policy change.

THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

Third-party work remains under its own license. See THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md,
OPEN_SOURCE_CREDITS.md, THIRD_PARTY_COMPONENTS.json and licenses/.
Nothing in this notice or EULA.md overrides those licenses, copyright notices,
source obligations, or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

PUBLISHING AND DOWNLOADS

The public repository remains a place for download instructions, agreements,
notices and legacy source. Future proprietary development source is not to be
published here. Updating this notice does not publish or update an installer.
