### 版权和软件许可

Koder 自有软件部分的相关版权方保留未明确授予的权利。官方新自有发行版采用安装包中明确标识的 Koder 终端用户许可协议（EULA），是供用户下载安装使用的专有软件，不因可下载或文件可读而成为开源软件。基础本地使用免费，可用于个人活动或获授权的组织内部工作；正常使用软件完成客户工作和交付自己的成果不属于再分发软件。

未经许可，不得把受专有许可约束的软件实现或内核重新打包、转售、对外分发，或用于未获许可的二次开发。您可以分享官方链接，并通过受支持的配置、自己编写的技能、独立插件和 MCP 接口扩展自己的使用。具体允许与限制以对应安装包的 EULA 为准。

第三方软件、模型、图片和其他素材归各自权利人所有，继续适用其原许可证或服务条款。旧版已经获得的 GPL 等开源许可权利保持；本说明不会撤销这些权利。请阅读安装包中的 LICENSE、THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md、OPEN_SOURCE_CREDITS.md 与 licenses/。涉及某一第三方组件时，该组件原许可优先于与其冲突的自有软件说明。

### 下载安装与明确同意

请从官网或官方 GitHub 发布页取得安装器，核对版本、包名和 SHA-256。安装器会给出完整使用许可和授权说明的阅读入口。仅在阅读并同意后，按提示输入 **accept** 并回车继续；输入 **decline** 或按 Ctrl+C 取消；Windows 空回车会重新询问，Mac/Linux 空回车取消，不会因为拒绝而启用软件功能。非交互部署仅可由已阅读并有权同意的人显式设置 KODER_EULA_ACCEPT=1；该变量不应替不知情的用户默认填写。

安装后的许可查看命令为 `koder eula`；明确接受命令为 `koder eula accept`。许可的版本和校验值随安装记录保存。后续协议有变化时，应显示适用文本并重新取得明确同意；修改网页本身不会追溯改变既有版本许可。

接受软件使用许可不等于授予管理员权限、访问全部磁盘、上传文件、学习喜好、同步记忆、授权应用、向他人发消息或产生付费调用。这些能力仍分别受产品设置、系统授权及实际审批约束。您可以通过产品设置与系统设置撤销后续授权；已完成的写入或发送不会自动撤回。

### 数据、第三方服务和费用

您保留自己拥有的文件、输入、自编技能、独立插件和成果的权利。任务、选定文件、检索记忆和工具结果可能被发送给您配置的模型或已授权服务；这些服务的费用、数据处理、保存地点和条款由相应提供方说明。选择本地模型预设并不表示本地模型已经安装或已经离线运行。

跨设备和群聊记忆涉及已关联来源的共享；关联群的成员可能看到调用关联私聊记忆生成的回复。启用前应阅读 ACCEPTANCE.md 并确认共享范围。模型 API 密钥和电脑执行授权不作为记忆同步。退出账号不等于删除服务器副本；删除、导出和关闭选项以实际产品说明为准。

请勿向公开问题区上传密钥、密码、身份证明或私人对话。版权、隐私、安全或许可问题可发送至 info@karmenloop.com，并提供必要的版本、问题说明和联系方式；不要附上不必要的敏感资料。

### 不同国家和地区

软件版权保护与使用受到适用的国家或地区法律及相关国际条约框架影响；不存在仅凭本说明即可取得的“全球版权登记”或全球适用保证。第三方许可证和适用法律不可排除的消费者、隐私、无障碍及其他法定权利继续保留。法律允许且不得通过合同排除的备份、研究或互操作等权利，不因一般性的逆向工程限制而被取消。

您与运营维护方均应遵守各自适用的法律，包括适用的数据保护、出口管制和制裁要求。是否适用、如何适用应按具体地区和使用情形判断；本说明不宣称软件已在所有司法辖区获得认证或审核。跨境使用不会自动取得第三方服务授权，也不会免除当地强制性义务。

本说明不新增排他的法院选择、不变更已接受协议的准据法，也不缩减依法不可排除的救济。争议可先通过上述邮箱沟通；无法解决时，按适用协议及强制性法律确定救济途径和有管辖权的机构。

### 预览版、结果核对与说明关系

预览版可能存在缺陷。请保留重要文件的备份，并核对模型输出和高影响操作。功能可用性以安装版本、授权状态和实际结果为准；本说明不是对 Windows 真机、真实渠道、跨设备或其他未完成验收项目的保证。责任与法定权利以适用 EULA 和法律为准。

本说明与 ACCEPTANCE.md 用于解释版权、下载、联系方式和功能授权，不替代对应安装包的 EULA、第三方许可证或适用的隐私说明。中文与英文用于表达相同内容，不以语言选择剥夺法定权利。

### Copyright and software license

The relevant copyright holders reserve rights not expressly granted in Koder-owned software. New official proprietary distributions use the Koder End-User License Agreement identified in their package. They are licensed for download, installation and use; being downloadable or readable does not make their implementation open source. Basic local use is free for personal activity and authorized internal organizational work. Ordinary client work and delivery of your own work products are not redistribution of the software.

Without the necessary permission, do not repackage, resell or redistribute the proprietary implementation or kernel, or use it for unlicensed derivative development. You may share official links and customize your own use through supported settings, independently authored skills, independent plugins and MCP interfaces. The package's EULA defines the precise permissions and restrictions.

Third-party software, models, images and other materials belong to their respective rights holders and retain their original licenses or service terms. Rights already granted under the GPL or other licenses for older releases remain intact. Read LICENSE, THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md, OPEN_SOURCE_CREDITS.md and licenses/ in the package. A third-party component's own license controls a conflict concerning that component.

### Download, installation and explicit acceptance

Obtain installers from the official website or GitHub release page. Check the version, filename and SHA-256. The installer provides links to the full license and permission guide. Only after reading and agreeing, type **accept** and press Enter to continue. Type **decline** or press Ctrl+C to cancel. On Windows an empty Enter asks again; on Mac/Linux it cancels. Refusal does not enable product features. For unattended deployment, a person who has read the terms and is authorized to accept them may explicitly set KODER_EULA_ACCEPT=1; do not prefill it for an uninformed user.

After installation, use `koder eula` to read the license and `koder eula accept` to explicitly accept it. The installation record retains the agreement version and checksum. Changed terms should be presented and explicitly accepted for the affected release. Editing a website does not retroactively change an existing license.

License acceptance does not grant administrator privileges, unrestricted disk access, uploads, preference learning, memory sync, application access, messages to others or paid calls. Each capability remains subject to its settings, operating-system permissions and applicable approvals. Revoke future access through product and system controls; completed writes or sends are not automatically undone.

### Data, third-party services and charges

You retain rights you hold in your files, inputs, independently authored skills and plugins, and work products. Tasks, selected files, retrieved memory and tool results may be sent to your configured model or authorized services. Their providers specify their charges, data handling, storage locations and terms. Selecting a local-model preset does not establish that a model is installed or running offline.

Cross-device and group memory share linked sources. Members of a linked group may see replies that use linked private-chat memory. Read ACCEPTANCE.md and confirm the scope before enabling or linking sources. Model API keys and computer grants are not memory-sync data. Signing out does not delete server copies; follow actual product instructions for deletion, export and disabling features.

Do not post keys, passwords, identity documents or private conversations in public issue trackers. Send copyright, privacy, security or licensing questions to info@karmenloop.com with the necessary version, issue description and contact details, omitting unnecessary sensitive information.

### Countries and regions

Software copyright and use are affected by applicable national or regional laws and relevant international treaty frameworks. This notice provides no “global copyright registration” or guarantee of worldwide applicability. Third-party license rights and non-excludable consumer, privacy, accessibility and other statutory rights remain intact. A general reverse-engineering restriction does not remove lawful, non-excludable rights concerning backups, study or interoperability.

Users and the maintenance team must comply with laws applicable to them, including applicable data-protection, export-control and sanctions requirements. Applicability depends on the region and circumstances. This notice does not claim certification or legal review in every jurisdiction. Cross-border use neither authorizes access to a third-party service nor removes mandatory local obligations.

This notice adds no exclusive choice of court, changes no governing law in an accepted agreement, and limits no non-excludable remedy. Contact the email above to seek resolution; otherwise, the applicable agreement and mandatory law determine available remedies and competent authorities.

### Preview builds, verification and related documents

Preview builds may contain defects. Back up important files and review model output and consequential actions. Availability depends on the installed version, permissions and observed results. This notice is not acceptance evidence for native Windows, live channels, multiple devices or other unverified environments. Liability and statutory rights remain governed by the applicable EULA and law.

This notice and ACCEPTANCE.md explain copyright, downloads, contacts and feature permissions. They do not replace the package's EULA, third-party licenses or applicable privacy notices. Chinese and English express the same intended content; language selection does not remove statutory rights.
